Fine Cuisine -
Chef Greg Morley has studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, California and specializes in Italian Cuisine. His pasta entrées include two favorites: Cheesy Chicken Mornay and Penne Bolognese which are not to be missed.
Friday night's menu also features our famous Friday Night Fish Fry and Chef Greg's Homemade Clam Chowder. Delectable, slow roasted USDA Choice Prime Rib is another specialty served both Friday and Saturday evenings. Bon Appétit!
